It is situated in an old village of Podaca, at the foot of the Biokovo-Viter Mountain, 350 m above the sea level. The new Podaca settlement is a small tourist place situated near the highway, from where one may reach the old village by the asphalted road. This is an ideal place to relax, forget about the stress and everyday city crowd. Despite being faraway, everything is quite near. ONLY THE SONG BIRDS DISTURB THE QUIET AND THE STILLNESS OF NATURE. The fresh air is full of healthy plants and herbs flavour. The beach is 1.4 km away. The post office, the grocery shop, the restaurant and the bus stop are 1.2 km away. There is a parking-place near the villa and a special option is spending your holiday with your pet. The dogs are very welcome. Big covered terrace.First floor :Two triple bedded rooms with balcony, one double room, two bathrooms with a toilet. Note:The village has no electricity, but the house has its own electricity by its solar system. Solar lamps, gas lamps, petroleum lamps ant torches and candles are available at your disposal. A very mild climate makes it possible to spend the vacation here before and after the high season. You may use the garden at the back of with the villa, which contains vegetables und healthy herbs.There is also an option of making a deal with the mistress of the house about the transport, cooking Dalmatian specialities and organisation of interesting daily excursions. Daily price relates to the old house, including tourist-tax.The price includes drinkable water and gas. If you wish to use the gas refrigerator, you will have to pay additional 10€ per week for gas. The house offered to let is also the ecologically clean house. House is rented without present owner and also you are alone in village.
